So you think I worship the book. I worship the God of the Book.
A very god example is the anthropomorphic bible god.
I hope you mean Jesus the Christ.

I think I'll stick with Paul on this one
Rom 1:21
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. 24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. If I may, how can you account for rational or logical thought (like awareness), from just the basic elements (mainly hydrogen),energy and motion (at the start of the universe)?
This is not a trick question and I'm not just simply asking about electrochemical processes, I mean the order of thought, logic and observation, that are universal, and transcend language. Like mental images for example.

Ellderwho, If you care to answer AlanF's question, please make sure to explain how "logic" is supposed to transcend, or exceed, human language and its necessary, although partial, adaptation to its environment.
I am no expert in language, but, what does human language have to do with the laws of logic?
If I shoot a bear with my 308, the laws of logic say, it's will injure or kill him. In what language will this logic not work, or be true
I believe there are many logical explainations, that mankind is not aware of yet. Are they any less true today?

Wow, it looks to me like just saying that if you don't believe in something (like Fridays), that would relieve a person of responsibility of obeying the "rules" of logic. I put rules in quotes because, most would call them "laws of logic". I would call them laws, because it makes no difference weather we believe in them or not, they are true. If I jump off my roof, I will fall. I believe your example of Fridays and paydays are examples of conventions or are conventional, not laws.
I don't believe the laws of logic can evolve because they are true, regardless of human intelligence. They are true and will always be true. These laws maintain an order in the universe. It is this order that is established by natural laws and laws of logic, that I believe can only by supported by a Theistic world view. I don't believe an atheistic world view can account for this much order and complexity in the universe.
As for the laws of logic, I have yet to see any rational explanation for their origin, from an atheists point of view.

how logic is derived from a world of matter energy and motion?
That is a good question?

As I said about the evidence, we could argue all day. But if I believe that the universe is too complex to have evolved, is it not illogical for me to think that maybe, we were created? I never said it (ID) proves anything. But, it is one logical conclusion. You are welcomed to your own idea.

You talk about "laws of our universe". Some people call them laws of nature. Most everyone that believes in God, believes He is supernatural. I would simply maintain that natural laws do not apply to a supernatural being.

Lets try this again. Let say God creates a box full of complex things out of nothing. Why do you assume that God has to be one of the complex things inside of the box?
